I have listed a new property at DL 111-A Loughborough Inlet.
Oceanfront in Loughborough Inlet, BC south central mainland coast. 126 acres, 1726ft of shoreline. Grassy Creek, a substantial salmon spawning system, runs through the middle of the property and forms an attractive valley. There is expansive alluvial frontage and a smaller of portion of oceanfront given that the shoreline on the north side of the creek to the property boundary is uninhabited Indian Reserve land. The topography is relatively gentle to moderate to the back, with a few rock outcrops and hills. At 1700ft back on the property, the creek is at an elevation of approximately 80ft and the height of land is approximately 300ft. One of three available adjoining acreages. All properties are in a healthy state of regenerating forest, primarily in alder that is of merchantable size now and will reach prime maturity within the next few years. There is still a complement of large conifers lining the oceanfront, along the riverbanks and in other locations throughout the properties.
