I have been a licensed realtor since March of 1992, completed the Associated Brokers (Agent 9:15 designation back in the day) course in 1996 and have gone through the ups and downs of the economy of the last 30 plus years.

Being in the Real Estate profession is not like any other profession, no two transactions are ever the same....people and their situations are so different from one another and no two homes are exactly the same. That being said, throwing in technology, building codes, insurance requirements,changes in mortgage qualifications, interest rates, real estate law, local economy,etc.makes this profession a constant learning and adjusting experience every day which I still enjoy after all these years.

Some of my background before a career in real estate was radio announcer, construction, courier/taxi dispatcher and driver as well as helicopter pilot many years ago. I was born in Ontario, lived in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Calgary, Alberta and I have been living in Campbell River since 1986 after coming here on a fishing trip and falling in love with this amazing place. My hobbies and interests include hockey, slo-pitch ball, golf, hunting, fishing, archery,music and art as well as hanging out at my cabin in Germansen Landing, BC when I can get away....but most of all I love being with my family, kids and grandkids.
