Haggard’s Cove is a water access coastal vacation strata community located at the entrance to Alberni Inlet on west coast Vancouver Island, with a substantial marina. Strata lot 11 is in very close proximity to the waterfront and marina facilities. The home was originally designed to accommodate two families sharing or larger families/groups. There are two living areas on each side, each with two bedrooms and full bathrooms on the upper level and living spaces on the main level, divided at the centre of the home by a galley-style kitchen. An oceanside deck that looks towards the cove and marina spans the width of the house with half of the deck enclosed as a comfortable sunroom. Behind the house is a generator shed with two Honda 3000 quiet-run generators, plus there are two propane storage tanks, providing for the power needs of the home. There is community water and community sewer. This site owns one spot in the marina. A beautiful, protected west coast location!
