I have listed a new property at W1/2 SW&NW1/4 Quatsino Sound.
Quatsino Sound. 106 acre oceanfront property in two separate titles. 28 acre waterfront portion with 1300+ feet of low bank, easy access, south facing ocean frontage, beautifully forested with old growth along the shoreline and two substantial stands within the property. The balance of the property, approx. 78 acres, was logged approximately 10 years ago and replanted, now in a state of healthy regeneration. The upper portion also has an area of older forest and is forested along the edges of Bish Creek. Bish Creek bisects the property in two locations, from the top NE corner down and across to the SW corner where it exits into the ocean and at low tide has a substantial alluvial fan. The elevation rises to approximately 160 metres above sea level. Across the top NW corner the property is also bisected by a forest service road, providing access from Highway 19 through Holberg and then towards Koprino and Winter Harbour.
