One of the most spectacular private properties in the Johnstone Strait/Broughton Archipelago region! A rare opportunity to acquire one of very few privately owned boat-access only oceanfront island acreages in the entire region. It has approx. 8000ft of shoreline along the southern and norther boundaries, including a significant portion along the western shore that encompasses a large peninsula, a significant bay and a variety of islets and kelp beds in the foreground of the viewscape. The topography is exceptional. It is diverse, however not overly extreme, with the highest elevations ranging from 100-170ft. Approximately 40-45 years ago areas throughout the property were logged, with a beautiful complement of conifers left along the shoreline. The logged areas have regenerated quite well, primarily in alder as well as the surrounding coniferous species. Approximately half of this largest Pearse Island is part of the Cormorant Channel Marine Park.
