I have sold a property at DL700 Potts Lagoon in West Cracroft Island

Potts Lagoon is located centrally on West Cracroft Island, in the north Johnstone Strait region, approx. mid-way up Cracroft Island from Baronett Passage. This is a very private and hidden location with no neighbours and protected from extreme weather. Topography is relatively level to moderately sloped, with 270 degree views and excellent sunny exposure. The undeveloped acreage is surrounded by an intriguing tidal zone, including reversing rapids which separate the bay with deep water access from a lagoon to the east. At low tides the lagoon is separated off, leaving hard packed sand. At the head of the tidal flats is a 30 acre meadow with a coho bearing stream running through it. The property has been recently logged and is beginning to regenerate. Beautiful stands of forest still surround the property. As a result of the logging there is a localized logging road that comes into the property, which complements ease of access to different locations and future development.
