I have sold a property at DL 112-A Loughborough Inlet

Oceanfront in Loughborough Inlet, BC south central mainland coast. Undeveloped 112 acres, 4074ft shoreline. Diverse shoreline with bays and islets. At the northern boundary is a fairly large bay where a creek flows in forming an estuary and providing some nice beachfront. The creek flows through the entire property from east to west. The shoreline at the north ends in the middle of another peninsula which provides nice southern exposure. The distance back from the oceanfront ranges between 1600 – 2400ft to the property line and the height of land is approx. 250ft. One of three available adjoining acreages. All properties are in a healthy state of regenerating forest, primarily in alder that is of merchantable size now and will reach prime maturity within the next few years. There is still a complement of large conifers lining the oceanfront, along the riverbanks and in other locations throughout the properties. Water access only.
