Before real estate, I spent more than 20 years as a trade-certified horticulturist, arborist, business owner, project manager, and event coordinator. That background taught me how to manage complex projects, solve problems, negotiate effectively, and pay attention to the details that others often overlook.

My hands-on construction experience—including designing and building my own home—gives me a unique understanding of how homes are built, maintained, and improved. Combined with my experience in property management and strata governance, I help clients recognize value, identify potential concerns, and make informed decisions with confidence.

Originally from Canada's East Coast, I spent 14 years in northern British Columbia before my daughter and I chose Vancouver Island as home. I quickly fell in love with Campbell River's incredible outdoor lifestyle, welcoming community, and natural beauty.

Outside of real estate, I'm an active supporter of the local arts community, producing live music events and creating opportunities for emerging musicians to connect, perform, and grow. Building relationships and strengthening community are values that carry into every client interaction.
